That oak of humanity, whose branches reached the heights and depths of our souls, leaving that indelible mark of forgiving love will flower no more but will forever sway to the winds of time.
Though we knew that this moment was imminent nothing can reduce the enormity of our loss.
We mourn his passing but also celebrate the life of the baby born 95 years ago who lived to be the beacon of hope to all, leaving a legacy probably never to be matched for many years to come.
