What one wears to a festival of any kind is not by accident. Each festival was born of a unique perspective, cause or belief. We at REconnecteD Productions teamed up with Misa Narrates to explore the conscious and subconscious dress codes of music, food, art and other festivals across the African continent.
First up? AFROPUNK!! For over a decade, Afropunk Fest has celebrated people on the fringe of society with African lineage. For the first time, the festival was hosted in Johannesburg, South Africa.
