For ZIFF 2021, we are introducing the ‘Maru Maru Hotel-Terrace Restaurant Program’ which will involve extra screenings during the night (19:00 – 22:00 hours) at the Marumaru Terrace. The screening program will mirror a classic cinema experience and is catered towards repeat viewing for features and shorts that can spark a conversation.

The vision of the program is to re-screen 1 feature and 1 short that share a similar theme. After the screening, the audience will embark on a conversation based on the themes of the films; how they are connected and the storytelling approach.

The ‘regular’ screenings will take place from 22nd to 24th July.

On 25th July, after the closing ceremony, there will be a special ‘paid’ After Party Networking Event with the award winning filmmakers. The filmmakers will be able to talk of their films to open the tête-à-têtes. The event is open to all filmmakers, producers, executives, sponsors and festival directors and managers.
