Annually ZIFF convenes forums to discuss social practices and policy questions curtailing women’s human and legal rights. Workshops are held in each locality during the five days of the panorama. The majority of participants from rural areas were farmers or members of cooperatives or groups. Participants in the urban setting are more varied and comprise of members from the civil society, representatives from key ministries, the media, business-women and students.
